New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Fen 04, 2005) issued notice to Madhumani Tripathi, wife of former UP Minister Amarmani Tripathi, on a petition filed by CBI seeking cancellation of the bail granted to her by the Allahabad High Court in the Madhumita Shukla murder case.

The CBI has named her as the main conspirator for the murder of the poetess and said that she was required for custodial interrogation to further the probe into the case.
