New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Feb 04, 2005) referred to a constitution Bench petitions challenging the constitutional validity of controversial 'single directive' provisions introduced in the Central Vigilance Commission Act (CVC Act) barring CBI from registering corruption cases against top bureaucrats without prior approval of the Government.
