BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) will continue to tell the people about the cases foisted against the Kanchi Seers, BJP leader and former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi, said today (Feb 6, 2005).
"We have been taking the issue of foisting of cases against the Swamijis (Jayendra Saraswathi and Vijayendra Saraswathi) to the people. We will continue to tell the people about it," he told reporters at Brindavan Ashram where Jayendra Saraswathi is staying after his release on bail from Vellore prison on January 11.
Joshi, who entered the ashram at 10:00 hrs (IST) and remained for an hour, said though he could not speak to Jayendra Saraswathi as the Seer was continuing with his "mouna vrat", he had participated in a pooja.
Joshi was accompanied by Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Acharya Giriraj Kishore.
