Houston:
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai's stint as a guest on the American talk show - 'Late Show with David Letterman' - has been moved a day ahead of schedule.
The interview, to be now aired in the US at 11.30 pm tonight (10:00 hours IST tomorrow-Feb 9, 2005) comes three days ahead of the US premiere of Rai's film 'Bride and Prejudice' on Friday.
Airing on the CBS television network, the Emmy Award-winning programme marks the actress' debut on a late night talk show in the US.
The former Miss World had been profiled last month on CBS network's '60 Minutes' programme with an interview taped in Mumbai.
However, this time, Rai will be seated on stage at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City to chat with Letterman about her first English-language movie.
'Bride and Prejudice', directed by NRI director Gurinder Chadha of 'Bend it Like Beckham' fame, puts a Bollywood spin on the Jane Austin classic 'Pride and Prejudice'.
