Kancheepuram: Summons were issued to Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi today (Feb 08, 2005), asking him to appear in court on February 10, in connection with the Sankararaman murder case, court sources said.

This was for the purpose of serving him the chargesheet in the case, in which he is listed as prime accused, they said.

The chargesheets would be served to all the accused on February 10, the sources said.
