Manohar Parrikar moves SC over dismissal of Govt

New Delhi: Former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar today (Feb 14, 2005) filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging Governor S C Jamir's decision to dismiss the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) Government within hours after it won the vote of confidence in the State Assembly.
