New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Feb 16, 2005) fixed February 21 for hearing of the writ petition filed by former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parikkar challenging the Governor's decision dismissing his Government after it won a controversial confidence motion in the Assembly on February 2.
