Patna:
After RJD (Rashtriya Janata Party) supremo Laloo Prasad and his JD-U (Janata Dal-United) counterpart George Fernandes, LJP (Lok Janshakti Party) president and Union Chemicals and Fertiliser Minister Ramvilas Paswan seems to be in trouble as an FIR was today (Feb 18, 2005) registered against him and his party MLA Munna Shukla for allegedly violating the model code for elections.
The case was lodged with the Lalganj police station in Vaishali district against Paswan and Shukla charging them with having participated in 'an unlawful Assembly and disobeying an order promulgated by a public servant and violation of model code', the police said.

"The meeting was arranged without seeking permission from the authorities," the police claimed.
Cases had already been registered against RJD leader Laloo Prasad, JDU leader Fernandes and several Ministers in the Rabri Devi Government on the charge of violation of model code.
