Austrian President in Bangalore on a two-day visit

Bangalore: Austrian President Heinz Fischer arrived in Bangalore this morning (Feb 19, 2005) on a two-day visit to the State.

Fischer's engagements in Bangalore include visits to the Indian Space Research Organisation satellite centre and software major Infosys on city outskirts today.

Before emplaning for Mumbai via Bangalore tomorrow (Feb 20, 2005) evening, Fischer would pay a visit to Mysore palace and A T and S, an Austrian owned company at Nanjanagund near Mysore.
