Order on Sr Seer's pre-arrest bail plea on Feb 24

Chennai: A Sessions Court will deliver orders on February 24, on an anticipatory bail application filed by the Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi who apprehended arrest in the Thirukoshtiyur Madhavan assault case.

Principal sessions Judge P Murugesan reserved his orders today (Feb 22, 2005) after hearing arguments on the application from the Seer's counsel K S Dinakaran and Tamil Nadu Public Prosecutor K Duraisamy, who opposed the anticipatory bail.
