RJD, UPA mix-up reason for fractured verdict: DMK Sunday, February 27 2005 15:15 Hrs (IST) - World Time -
Chennai:
The 'misunderstanding' between the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) constituents in Bihar was responsible for the fractured verdict in that State after the Assembly elections, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president M Karunanidhi said in Chennai today (Feb 27, 2005).
Reacting to the Bihar results, Karunanidhi told reporters that the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), led by Laloo Prasad Yadav, would have won the polls, had there been a perfect understanding between the UPA partners in Bihar.
