Vote of confidence in Goa Assembly on March 4

Panaji: The Pratapsingh Rane Government in Goa will face a vote of confidence on March 4, Cabinet Minister and State Congress chief Luisinho Faleiro said today (Mar 2, 2005).

"After the official Cabinet meeting yesterday, we met again and decided to hold the vote of confidence on March 4," Faleiro told reporters.

Meanwhile, officials at pro-tem speaker Francisco Sardinha's office said that a communique has been received from the Governor saying that the confidence vote would be held on Friday.
