NDA to produce all 41 MLAs before President

New Delhi: NDA (National Democratic Alliance) will produce all its MLAs in Jharkhand, including the five supporting independent legislators, before President A P J Abdul Kalam in New Delhi this evening for its claim to Government formation and protest against the installation of the JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha)-led Government in the State.

"The 41 MLAs along with the Legislative Party leader Arjun Munda and Leader of Opposition L K Advani and NDA Convenor George Fernandes will be meeting the President this evening," former BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) President M Venkaiah Naidu said.

Declining to divulge the details of the five Independent MLAs who have extended support to the NDA, he said all of them would be present at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
