Jharkhand row: President Kalam summons Governor

New Delhi: President A P J Abdul Kalam today (Mar 3, 2005) summoned Jharkhand Governor Syed Sibtey Razi to New Delhi for "discussions" in the wake of his controversial decision to install the Government led by Shibu Soren in the State.

Spotlight: Elections 2005

Razi is arriving tomorrow, official sources said.
