New Delhi: Experts from the United States and India met today (Mar 4, 2005) to exchange notes on the progress made on Missile Defence Shield as the Americans made an elaborate presentation of their latest upgraded Patriot anti-missile system.

The Indo-US missile security group met for two days in Hyderabad and agreed to hold further exchanges, including a joint workshop, an official spokesman said in New Delhi.

Experts of the two countries had highlighted the fact that such a Missile Defence System would greatly ease security concerns in various regions, he added.
