President gives approval for Central rule in Bihar

New Delhi: Bihar was tonight (Mar 7, 2005) placed under President's rule.

President A P J Abdul Kalam approved the Union Cabinet's decision to impose Central rule in the State, Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesman S M Khan said.
