'Pak won't give up demand for UN resolutions on JK'

Islamabad: Pakistan would not "abdicate" its position on UN resolutions on Kashmir without finding a mechanism to resolve the issue with India, Foreign Minister Khurshid M Kasuri said today (Apr 1, 2005).

"Pakistan can never abdicate its position on UN resolutions on Kashmir unless a mechanism is found in which both sides show flexibility and which meets the aspirations of the Kashmiri people," he told a meeting of editors and journalists.
