Bakery: SC extends Special court term till May 31

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Apr 4, 2005) extended till May 31 the term of a Special Court in Mumbai trying the Best Bakery case of Gujarat.

Spotlight: Godhra-Chilling stories of the victims

An affidavit filed by Gujarat Government pertaining to the case was also taken on record by the Court.

The term of the Special Court was expiring on April 30.
