Friday, April 8 2005 10:19 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: As the historic Srinagar- Muzaffarabad bus service made its inaugural run, Pakistan said extending the link to Rawalpindi, adjacent to Islamabad was "not a bad idea."

Spotlight: Kashmir is Not Negotiable

"It's not a bad idea, But let's walk before we run. Let's see what the reaction is. We have to carry people on both sides with us," Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri told CNBC's 'Tonight at Ten' programme anchored by Karan Thapar.

Kasuri was responding to a question on taking the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service to Rawalpindi as it had existed in the past.
