MLA murder case: Judicial remand of Suri extended

Hyderabad: A court today (Apr 11, 2005) extended the judicial remand of 15 suspected accused, including G Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri in TDP (Telugu Desam Party) MLA Paritala Ravi's murder case.

The CBI sleuths today produced the accused before Anantapur Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate on expiry of remand period who extended their judicial remand till April 25.

Earlier, the court had sent them to 14 days judicial custody on March 28.

Suri is undergoing life imprisonment in the Jubilee Hills car bomb case in 1997.

Ravi and another TDP activist was killed on January 24 by unidentified assailants at Anantapur town.
