Gutka case: SC discharges NBW against Dhariwal

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Apr 11, 2005) discharged the non bailable warrant (NBW) issued against Gutka baron Rasiklal Dhariwal for allegedly having links with underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim.

A Bench comprising Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice B N Srikrishna passed the order, saying he had cooperated with the CBI in the investigations.

A Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) Court in Mumbai had issued an NBW against the Gutka baron.
