Qatar gives full support to Indo-Pak peace process

New Delhi: Qatar yesterday (Apr 15, 2005) expressed support to the ongoing Indo-Pak peace process, saying it would help the two countries come close and resolve their problems.

"We wish the agreements between the two will implemented in a way that they come close to each other," Qatar's First Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassem Bin Jabor Al-Thani told reporters in New Delhi.

Pointing that the issue had figured during the talks between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, he said the trust and relations between India and Pakistan has been growing.
