Gujarat Govt commission to probe attacks on Laloo Monday, April 25 2005 10:02 Hrs (IST) - World Time -
Ahmedabad:
The Gujarat Government has constituted a commission of inquiry, headed by a retired High Court judge, to probe into the alleged attack on Railway Minister Laloo Prasad, during his visit to the hospital where victims of the Sabarmati train collision were being treated.
The commission would be headed by Justice (Retd), N B Patel, who would probe the reason behind the incidents involving Laloo, official sources said in Ahmedabad yesterday (Apr 24, 2005).
The Railway Minister had on Thursday (Apr 21, 2005) accused Chief Minister Narendra Modi of conspiring to kill him after some persons damaged his car during his visit to the SSG hospital.
