SC issued notices to JK Govt on PoK visitor's plea

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (May 2, 2005) issued notices to the Jammu and Kashmir Government and the Centre on an application seeking to restrain the State Government from acting on pleas by the visitors from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) laying claim on their ancestral property in the State.
