New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee made a fresh appeal to the Opposition NDA (National Democratic Alliance) to return to the House today (May 4, 2005).

"I am still hoping our friends in the Opposition will join us. I request them once again (to return to the House)," he said, when the Lok Sabha met for the day.

The NDA has decided to continue its boycott of both Houses of Parliament till the end of the budget session on May 13.
