Mumbai: The Special Court conducting re-trial in the Best Bakery carnage today (May 9, 2005) issued bailable warrant against the prime witness Zaheera Sheikh after she failed to appear before the court despite summons.

Special Judge A M Thipay issued Rs 25,000 bailable warrant against Zaheera and her brother Nasibullah returnable tomorrow.
