Best Bakery case: Warrant against Zaheera extended

Mumbai: The Special Court conducting the re-trial in Best Bakery carnage today(may 10, 2005) extended till May 12 the bailable warrant issued against prime witness Zaheera Sheikh.

Designated Judge A M Thipsay extended the warrant that he had issued yesterday (May 9, 2005).

Spotlight: Godhra-Chilling stories of the victims

Zahira's brother Nasibullah today appeared before the court following a warrant issued against him yesterday.

The judge has asked him not to leave the city before informing the court.

Meanwhile, public prosecutor continued to cross-examine Zaheera's mother Sehrunissa, for the second time today. She was declared hostile by the prosecution during her examination earlier.
