Supreme Court dismisses Pappu Yadav's bail petition

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (May 11, 2005) expressed reluctance to entertain a petition filed by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Pappu Yadav seeking bail in the Ajit Sarkar murder case.

Taking note of the court's mood, Yadav withdrew his bail petition and the court dismissed it as withdrawn.
