HC reserves judgement on Laloo-Rabri's petition

Patna: The Patna High Court today (May 18, 2005) reserved its judgement on the petition of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Laloo Prasad and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi challenging sanction for their prosecution in disproportionate assets case, an off shoot of multi-crore fodder scam.

A three-member division bench comprising Justice Ram Nandan Prasad, Justice Barin Ghosh and Justice M L Visa reserved judgement in the case after completion of hearing.
