New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) yesterday (May 19, 2005) said Bihar Governor Buta Singh's controversial order shifting Siwan district magistrate C K Anil and his Gopalganj counterpart K K Pathak indicated "Laloo Raj is back with a bang".

"The Governor has victimised the officers because the 24 Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MPs on whose support the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government survives brought pressure on the Centre and the Governor," party General Secretary and spokesman Arun Jaitley said.

"This reshuffle marks the return of the Laloo Raj with a bang," he said.
