CBI to examine High Court judgement on Bofors case

New Delhi: CBI today (May 31, 2005) said that it would examine the Delhi High Court judgement quashing all charges against Europe-based three Hinduja brothers and Swedish arms manufacturer A B Bofors in the gun deal case and decide on further course of action.

"We will legally examine the judgement and decide on the further course of action," CBI Spokesman said in New Delhi, when asked to comment on the order.
