Haryana bypolls: Bhupinder Hooda wins from Kiloi

Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was today (June 5, 2005) declared elected from Kiloi Assembly constituency by a record margin of 1,03,635 votes over Indian National Lok Dal's Azad Singh Atri.

Congress' Kiran Chaudhary was declared elected from the Toshan while Savitri Jindal, also of Congress, was leading in Hisar.

In the February elections to the State Assembly, former Chief Minister Bhajan Lal, who is also the State Congress President, had won the Adampur seat by over 70,000 votes.
