Recent developments show BJP is in disarray: CPI
Tuesday, June 7 2005 15:59 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: CPI (Communist Party of India) today (Jun 7, 2005) said that the developments in BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) including resignation of L K Advani as party chief were a reflection of the ongoing crisis in the party ever since its debacle in the Lok Sabha elections.

"Ever since they were rejected by the people in the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP and Sangh Parivar have been in deep crisis--ideological, political and organisational.

"The recent developments show BJP is in disarray. And the resignation by L K Advani is a reflection of the ongoing crisis," CPI Secretary D Raja said in his reaction to the crisis in the BJP.
