New Delhi: The Government yesterday (Jun 7, 2005) cleared the appointment of Arun Bhatnagar as Secretary of National Advisory Council for a year.

Bhatnagar's appointment, approved by the appointments committee of the Union Cabinet, is on contractual basis in the rank and pay of Secretary with effect from June 30 this year, an official release in New Delhi said.
