CBI serves notice to Amit Jogi in Jaggi murder case

New Delhi: CBI has served a notice on Amit Jogi, son of former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi, to appear before it in connection with the murder of state's Nationalist Congress Party Treasurer Ram Avtar Jaggi.

Highly-placed sources said that CBI served the notice on Amit's father and he was likely to appear for questioning on Monday (Jun 20, 2005).
