Atleast 10 soldiers killed; 20 hurt in Russia blast

Moscow: At least 10 soldiers were killed and over 20 wounded in a powerful blast in Makhachkala, the capital of Russia's Caucasian republic of Daghestan, neighbouring restive Chechnya.

According to preliminary reports, a powerful bomb went off at noon when the soldiers were brought to a public sauna in the heart of Makhachkala, Channel One TV said.
