Centre and UP Govt must quit, says Giriraj Kishore

New Delhi: VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) chief Acharya Giriraj Kishore today (July 5, 2005) said the Central and Uttar Pradesh Governments must quit as they have failed to provide adequate security at the makeshift Ram temple in Ayodhya leading to a terrorist attack there.

"I have to say that the Central Government has refused security. Both Central and State Governments are responsible for this (attack). Immediately they (Centre and State Governments) should resign," he told NDTV news channel.

Kishore said President A P J Abdul Kalam should "sack" the central and the UP Governments.
