New Delhi: CBI today (July 22, 2005) chargesheeted 31 people, including Amit Jogi, son of senior Congress MP Ajit Jogi, in connection with the murder of Chhattisgarh NCP leader Ram Avatar Jaggi.

Amit Jogi, who has been named as the main accused, was charged with murder (section 302) and criminal conspiracy (section 0 B of IPC). The chargesheet was filed in a court in Raipur.
