Royal Dutch/Shell to assist ONGC in fire probe

New Delhi: Royal Dutch/Shell will assist ONGC in probing the cause of a devastating fire at an oil platform off the Mumbai coast.

Shell will assist the Committee of former ONGC chairmen and directors, which has been constituted by ONGC chairman and managing director Subir Raha, to investigate the cause of the accident at Mumbai High North yesterday (July 27, 2005).
