BJP issues whip to MPs on Bihar debate t'rrow

New Delhi: BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) today (Aug 1, 2005) issued a whip to its MPs to be present during the discussion on Bihar in the Lok Sabha tomorrow (Aug 2, 2005) and accused State Governor Buta Singh of having become a "puppet" in the hands of RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) Chief Laloo Prasad.

"We have issued a whip to our members to take part in tomorrow's discussion under Rule 184 which provides for voting", BJP Deputy Leader in Lok Sabha V K Malhotra told reporters in New Delhi.

Party Vice-President Sushil Kumar Modi said JDU (Janata Dal United) leader Nitish Kumar will initiate the discussion tomorrow.
