Natwar meets Kasuri at Kadirgamar's residence

Colombo: External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh today (Aug 15, 2005) had a brief meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Khurshid M Kasuri here (Colombo).

Singh, Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran met Kasuri at the slain Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar's residence where they had gone to offer their last respects.

The leaders from the two countries were closeted for about 10 minutes in a room at Kadirgamar's residence.
