Govinda's family members condition stable: Doctors

Mumbai: The condition of Bollywood actor and MP Govinda's three family members, who were injured in a road accident, is stable today (Aug 16, 2005), hospital sources said.

Govinda's wife Sunita, daughter Namrata and son Yashvardhan are undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and "would be shifted to their rooms by tomorrow (Aug 17, 2005) morning," spokesperson of the Leelavati Hospital Dr Narendra Trivedi told sources in Mumbai. The trio was injured in the road mishap on Jaipur-Ajmer road yesterday and after initial treatment at the SMS hospital in Jaipur, they were brought here and admitted to the Leelavati Hospital in suburban Bandra last night.

Sunita received head injuries, their daughter Namrata had a broken tooth while son Yashvardhan had bruises.

"All of them are doing fine and are stable," Trivedi added.
