There was no immediate report of any casualty.

The explosions occurred between 11:00 AM (local time) and 11:30 AM.

In Dhaka and several other districts bombs exploded in or around local courts as well as government offices.

Television channels reported that bombs also exploded in front of Dhaka's Zia International Airport.

Leaflets of the banned Jamaatul Mujahedin, Bangladesh, led by the so-called 'Bangla Bhai' were found in some of the areas where the bombs exploded, they said.
