ACMM Vinod Kumar came to the conferencing center of National Informatics Center from where he was directly hooked to Yarwada jail in Pune.
Minutes later, Telgi walked into the NIC hall through video conferencing attired in his white 'band gala' and bowed before the judge. The ACMM introduced himself and asked Telgi whether he had received the copy of the charge sheet, to which Telgi responded in positive.
The ACMM had been demanding production of Telgi after which the CBI had approached the court for installing the video conferencing facilities. Telgi, who is not keeping a good health, was speaking in fluent English to all the queries posed by the ACMM.
After his production, the two other accused Pramod Janwekar and Shekhar Janwekar were also produced through the video conferencing before the ACMM. After hearing the case, the ACMM sent all the three to judicial custody till September 12.
