Thursday, September 8 2005 15:34 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Sept 8, 2005) said that it would not issue notice to the Bihar Governor in the petition challenging the dissolution of the Assembly but made it clear that it would definitely scrutinise the malafide alleged against him by the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the announcement of the poll schedule, the court also advanced the date of hearing from September 27 to September 20, 2005.
