New Delhi: Delhi police today (Sep10, 2005) filed chargesheets against top Babbar Khalsa militant Jagtar Singh Hawara and seven others in the Liberty cinema hall blasts case.

The chargesheet was filed before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Reena Singh Nag by the Special Cell of Delhi police.
