New York: It was a very special birthday treat on board his special Air India flight that brought Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's wife from Paris to New York.

His wife Gursharan Kaur cut the cake on board the jumbo yesterday (Sept 13, 2005) to mark his 73rd birthday with the Prime Minister, their daughter and son and his entourage doing a round of clapping watched by their grandson.
