New Delhi: Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and her NRI industrialist husband Sunjay Kapur today (Sept 23, 2005) told the Delhi High Court that the dispute over their daughter Samaira was likely to be settled and there was reasonably good progress in that direction.

The couple sought little more time to resolve the issues arising out of the writ petition filed by Sunjay seeking to restrain Karisma from taking their daughter away.

Following this submission, Justice Mukul Mudgal posted the matter for further hearing on September 27, 2005.
