United States (US) has offered India all help for the quake victims in Jammu and Kashmir, with New Delhi saying that relief operations were being carried out with resources from within the country.
The offer was made by US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld during a telephonic talk with Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee last evening (Oct 10, 2005) on the mega quake in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of the country, a Defence Ministry spokesman said.
