Cong asks UN for related documents in Volcker report

New Delhi: Congress has sent a letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations requesting him to make available to it all relevant materials and documents on the basis of which adverse references have been made against it in the Volcker committee report.

This was stated by party General Secretary Ambika Soni, who said that the letter was sent yesterday (Nov 6, 2005) through a reputed law firm Amarchand Mangaldas.
